tenth Anniversary












We had a great time. The food was good and the company was great. Here's the menu

Platter of cured meats, cheeses and olives

Damariscotta Oysters with sherry vinegar mignonette

Crab cakes with sour cream

Tomato and Haricot vert salad

Wolf fish with fennel red onion and radish

Braised Pork belly with lentils

Pork "Saltimbocca" with roasted fingerling potatoes and Savoy cabbage

Ice cream and stuff for dessert

Thats all for now I will try to write more later I just wanted to get this up
Thanks to everyone who came it was great and sorry you missed it Erik and MJ but we will do it again soon.
