4th Annual Cassoulet off 2/09/08
Well the Cassoulet off has come and gone. I think this was the best one yet. We had 12 entries this year, more then double previous years, and a craploadazilion people in attendance. There was wine and beer aplenty and a grand bonfire......life is good. I will put up a bunch of pictures with out captions and I apologize in advance for the grainy ones but what can I say I want Scotties camera..........oh yeah before I forget .......I won..... but more importantly .....Erik LOST ............heheheheehee...Erik did come in second (I voted for his) and Scotty came in 3d....MaryJane just reported her best guess for attendance is aprox 70 pretty cool... next year well have to build on to the house......I want to thank Erik and the Lovely MaryJane for allowing all of us to invade their beautiful home and behave badly again this year....

Great job on the pictures too. You captured both the marauding horde and the bounty of beans in mid-plunder.
Our photos are primarily of pans that have been so picked over that they can really only be classified as dirty dishes - yum!
