rush out and by earthenware vessels ....learn the intimate details of Confit... beg borrow steal sausage recipes ( or run to Montreal) the Cassoulet off is nearly upon us... a mere 5 months and the culinary event of the year (in our little world) will be on!!!!
everyone young or old experienced or not is encouraged to make a Cassoulet the more the merrier....I ain't gotta be pretty just taste good...Adam has already called the pineapple hotdog and B&M version
If it tastes good It can't be wrong!!!!
We will also, I am sure, have big manly fires
so make whatever plans you must and leave the 9th of February open on you calender for it will be a day to remember
