July BBQ

Hanger with scape thyme and parsley

Roasted red peppers with Garlic thyme and red wine vinegar that I forgot to serve with white anchovies

Korean style Short ribs with pear ginger scallions soy sesame oil and cilantro

Same as above just finished

Dry rub ribs should of had more of these

Hanger steak and no I didn't cook them bunched together like this

looks like everything was ready at 7:32 more beer please
